We’re All Just Radios
In our last post, Doug and I shared our thoughts about how our spirit bodies can be influenced by others.
Now we’re going to give you a technique to help clear out your spirit body and keep yourself in balance.
We pick up a lot of negative baggage from others and from stressful situations.
While our physical bodies may appear unaffected, our spirit bodies absorb the frequencies and patterns of the discord. We carry this with us until we get ourselves back in balance.
Remember the last time someone was angry with you. Your body tensed up and your mood went sour… You may have felt this way for the rest of the day.This negative energy traveled with you in your spirit body. You accepted the lower frequency into yourself and allowed it to become your frequency.
Like a radio, you were tuned to a different station…
Get Rid Of The Static
There’s a quick and easy way to clear out the negativity that’s attached itself to you. Once again, we’re going to visualize an aspect of nature to help us out. We’re all connected with nature, even if we live in the middle of a concrete choked city. We’re a part of the whole of creation, although many have forgotten this.
Nature is a powerful force of healing and balancing, which is why we’re going to use it in the following exercise…
Imagine a secluded pool of water being fed by a gentle waterfall. Use your imagination to create a comfortable image… Maybe it’s in a shadowed forest, or a sunny open meadow or even in the desert…
Enter the pool of water and wade over to the waterfall. Let it wash over you and rinse your spirit body.
Feel the negative energy being washed away… Allow your frequency to return to balance.
Stay in this state for as long as you need.
This exercise can be used to get a handle on stress throughout the day. It’s especially useful to do for a longer period of time in the evening, when you’re home and the day is winding down.
Try it before you go to sleep and I think you’ll be surprised how peacefully you rest…
