Too often I can fall into my own trap of worry that keeps me from seeing the mile high view, the big picture in a given situation. Thankfully, practicing thinking like what is suggested in the text on the image has empowered me to remove myself from the self-made trap and, with increasing frequency, avoid it altogether. Thank you for sharing.

Exactamente… It’s just so difficult to get rid off fear, as it is always lurking around us… We must be so present and attentive to listen to our feelings…x
